Terms of Service

1. The Service
CopyTrends is a web application that turns a photo you upload into short AI-generated videos in trending styles. Results are generated automatically and may vary; we do not guarantee any particular output.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Access is sold as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or 3-month). The price and renewal period are shown on the payment page before you pay. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Each period includes a fixed number of video generations shown on the plan card.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage subscription, or via the link in your receipt email. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
4. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In short: contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund you.
5. Your content
You must own the rights to photos you upload and have consent from any person shown. Do not upload photos of minors, or use the Service to impersonate, harass or deceive. You keep ownership of your photos and the videos we generate for you; you grant us a licence to process them to provide the Service.
6. Acceptable use
No unlawful, sexual, violent, hateful or misleading content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
