What we collect
- Email address (to create your account and send login links and receipts).
- Photos you upload and the videos we generate from them.
- Quiz answers, device and usage data, and advertising identifiers (cookies, Meta Pixel) to measure and improve our ads.
- Payment data is processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
How we use it
To provide the Service, process payments, send transactional emails, prevent fraud, and measure advertising performance (Meta Ads, including the Conversions API).
AI processing
Your photo is sent to our AI video provider (fal.ai and the model vendors it hosts) solely to generate your video. Uploaded photos and generated videos are deleted from our systems within 30 days unless you keep them in your gallery.
Sharing
Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting and authentication), Vercel (hosting), fal.ai (AI generation), Resend (email), Meta (advertising measurement). We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@example.com. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR; California users under CCPA.
Retention
Account and billing records are kept as long as required for tax and dispute purposes.
