Refund Policy
We want you to love your videos. If you don’t, we make it simple:
- 14-day money-back. Email support@example.com within 14 days of any charge from the email you paid with, and we refund it. No forms, no questions beyond confirming your account.
- Cancel anytime. Account → Manage subscription, or the link in your receipt. Cancelling stops all future charges.
- Failed generations never use your credits.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we answer within 24 hours.
